Description: This 26 slide deck helps students practice identifying beginning sounds! On each slide, students will click on the three pictures that start with the focus sound. Each slide contains five pictures, so on every slide, two pictures do NOT start with the focus sound. If students need help, they can click on the speaker to listen to the sound the letter makes. There is one card for each letter of the alphabet. The cards will be shown to students in a randomized order. This deck will help students practice the essential phonemic awareness skill of identifying the beginning sounds in words and associating a sound for each letter of the alphabet.
