Description: This deck lets students practice phonemic awareness by having them click on multiple pictures that match the letter sound shown. There are picture clues to assist emergent readers. There are 26 cards in this deck. HOW TO PLAY: • Identify the letter and its sound in the directions at the top of the card. • Click on all the pictures that start with the same letter sound in the table below (approx. 4 in each collection) • The self-checking feature instantly informs students if their answers are correct, for immediate feedback and a chance to correct the answer. USING BOOM CARDS: Boom Cards are digital, paperless task cards that focus on a specific skill. The cards are interactive and very easy to use.
