Description: Learn how to measure with non-standard tools! This set includes 5 cards each of measuring height and length. Students drag the blocks next to the item to determine how many blocks tall or long it is, then choose the corresponding number. This ties in with my Pets vocabulary words decks and other decks utilizing these same objects. ***In order for the answer to be marked "correct", the student MUST drag the blocks into the area next to or under the object AND select the correct number.*** This is great for working on collecting data on IEP goals for very young and/or non-verbal students! This is a simple, straightforward activity with very little visual distraction. A dark background is utilized to be easier on students' eyes and also to provide higher contrast for those who have a Visual Impairment! All slides include voice overs of the instructions, so friends who are not reading yet can play and learn independently! Instructions are simple and do not overwhelm the student with excessive words to process.
