Description: In this 6th Grade math percentages resource, students can practice finding the percent of a number. There are 30 questions where students will find the percent given the part and whole. Both multipliers and divisors are used throughout to calculate an equivalent fraction with a denominator of 100. Two example cards are provided for students, This resource aims to support an element of 6.RP.A.3c and TEKS 6.5.B. Differentiation/Scaffolding The first 20 cards are color coded (part and whole) to help students build knowledge of the method. The remaining 10 cards are not color coded and students must identify the part and whole without support. Question formats include: What percent of 50 is 27? What percent of 300 is 171 17 is what percent of 25? 180 is what percent of 500? There are 32 digital task cards with the first 2 cards giving an example using a multiplier and a divisor.
