Description: Students are presented with a variety of basic concepts, attributes and adjectives. The following concepts, attributes and adjectives are presented in this activity: - Colors - Shapes -Big or Small -Short or Tall -Hold or Cold -Hard or Soft Students are asked the WH question "What do you see." Students are given a sentence starter (e.g. I see a ___ ___). Students are asked to drag and drop the correct descriptive concept (e.g. hard or soft) into the first blank space. Students are asked to drag and drop the correct item pictured into the second blank space. This helps students form utterances such as "I see a hard rock," "I see soft socks," etc. This helps students receptively and expressively build their knowledge of basic concepts while expanding their utterances!
