Description: This game is designed to help students learn to recognize emotions as they match common facial expressions. You could also have them name a synonym for the emotion or describe a time when they felt that particular emotion. How to Play: This game works best with 2 players (or 2 teams). Players take turns looking behind two numbered shamrocks. If they find a match, they will put the numbered cards on their side of the board. Count the matches at the end to find the winner! I have included 5 emotion matching games. Each game features the same emotions but they are in different positions on the board. I have also included a BONUS St. Patrick's Day vocabulary memory game at the end for a fun reward!
