Description: 1st and 2nd grade students review important phonics skills with this fun candy-themed deck. The phonics skills include syllables, short vowels, long vowels, vowel teams, r-controlled vowels, blends, digraphs, decoding, plurals, and basic grammar. There are 24 task cards and some congrats cards sprinkled in! Audio is provided. Students will love the candy theme and the different question formats. This deck is part of an Endless Bundle - Letters, Sounds, and Words. CCSS (Some of the standards included) RF.1.2 Demonstrate understanding of spoken words, syllables, and sounds (phonemes). CCSS RF.1.2b Orally produce single-syllable words by blending sounds (phonemes), including consonant blends.
