Description
This is an interactive pet store activity that contains animated pet store animals (GIFS). Students are presented with a pet store and asked to follow 1-step directions by opening the pet store. Inside each pet store is a different animal. On the next slide, students are asked the WH question "What did you find?" Students are asked to drag and drop the correct noun into the visual sentence starter (e.g. I like the ____) at the bottom of each page to form Subject + Verb + Object sentence structures such as I see a sheep. This activity is extremely engaging and motivated as it contains animated pet store animals (GIFS)! The following animated pet store animals (GIFS) are included in this activity: - Dog - Cat - Hamster - Guinea Pig - Snake - Turtle - Mouse - Rabbit - Fish - Parrot - Bird Some of the following IEP Goals can be targeted during this activity - WH Questions - Labeling Animals - Core Words OPEN & FOUND - Expanding Utterances and Increasing MLU - Describing (e.g. color, attributes, category, functions, etc.)
