Description: ❤️ Need a fun and simplified way to work on early social skills? Preschool social emotional learning activities can be hard to find, especially simple enough for early childhood special education students. These work well for preschool social skills for morning meeting or community circle. I Can Get Attention. This activity is the first of several function-based social skills stories that teaches what expected behaviors related to each behavior function, in this case, ATTENTION. There is no right/wrong on the initial slides; they are instructional in nature, presenting the social hidden rules. There are two levels to choose from, each 8 slides. The last 11 slides are interactive, giving a choice of two pictures, one unexpected, one expected. Scenarios are very simple with simple responses, targeting young and/or early social learners.
