Description: The cards in the deck relate to Valentine’s Day hearts addition within 10 using five frames. In this Valentine’s Day themed deck of cards, students use fives frames to solve the addition equations. 1. Count the hearts in each of the five frames. 2. Below each five frames type in the blank fillable box the number of hearts counted. 3. You will now see an addition equation with an add/plus sign and equals sign. 4. Solve the equation and type the answer in the blank box. The cards are randomized. Each time the deck is played the cards will be in a different order.
