Description: This deck requires several steps in order. Students interact with both coins and sums/ prices. Students must add the smoothie prices to determine how much to pay. The coins will always be the least number of coins needed. due to the nature of the cards I can't create multiple versions to count the coins. Thus, while 35¢ is both a quarter plus a dime OR a quarter and 2 nickels... The lesser number wins. 1.) students drag fruit to blender to see which prices they will need to add. 2.) drag the prices to the boxes (3 number adding) 3.) type in total 4.) drag coins to hand to pay for smoothie Note: some of the cards will require regrouping skills
