Description: These first grade sight words Boom Cards are great for reading and matching common sight words. Audio instruction is included on every card to increase independent learning. 41 cards are included in the deck, 1 for each first grade sight word. This deck includes the written word in the speech bubble as well as the sight word. This is intended for students who need to match the words by sight, and are not yet ready to find the word just by listening to the audio. If your students are ready to listen to the audio and find the word without matching the written text, check out level 2 of this resource. Audio instruction is included on every card as follows: "Listen to the word and then find the word." Students read and listen to the sight word shown in the speech bubble. They then find the matching sight word from the multiple choice answers. If they click on the correct answer the deck moves on to the next card, or if they click the incorrect answer they can try again. Cards are set to randomize, with 20 cards given each time the deck is played. These options can be changed on the teacher dashboard if required.
