Description: Engage your students with these 20 digital task cards! Money is such an important life skill. This set of cards uses tap- or touch-the-dot money — students count by 1s and 5s — which has proven to be effective in special education. Student counts each red line by 1 and each red dot by 5, to determine how much money is in the piggy bank by adding mixed coins up to $1.00. Please note that the Instruction page is not voiced. All other pages are. Each card is multiple choice with 1 correct answer out of 4 choices, with 4–7 coins per card. These 20 cards would be perfect as an assessment of your students’ IEP goals! While using engaging fonts and graphics, I also like to use clean and somewhat simple design on my decks for less student distraction. Sample IEP Goal: Using touch dots, student will count and add coins (penny, nickel, dime, quarter) up to $1.00 with 80% accuracy, in 4 out of 5 opportunities, by [date].
