Description: If you have students who need a challenge, this is the deck for them! Level up your students’ mastery of tonic and dominant chords with this basketball-themed deck! A variety of formats will challenge them to apply what they have already learned about key signatures and relative major/minor scales to solve each chord question. On-screen keyboard graphics are available for most question types to allow students to plan their answers. Concepts are consistent with the requirements for RCM level 2, and cover the keys of C, F, G major and Am, Em, Dm. Two teaching cards and three sample questions begin each play-through, followed by 15 randomized cards. It’s like a new game every time! Both written and audio instructions are provided for each card. This deck has been optimized for visual and aural accessibility. There are some drag-and-drop questions which may not be suitable for all students requiring motor accommodations. This is a supplement to the RCM Celebrate Theory workbooks, and not a product of the Royal Conservatory of Music. This also correlates well with Piano Safari Level 3.
