Description: Work on vocabulary, categories, object function knowledge, and exclusion using this snowball winter themed Boom Deck targeting intermediate categories. Perfect for students with autism or any student with language delays or disorders. Please note, this deck is more challenging than the "early winter categories" Boom Deck available in my store. Includes two different types of activities (18 pages total) Section 1: Sort the snowballs into 1 of 2 piles. The snowballs you move will be visible in the piles to help serve as visual aids. Targeted categories are as follows: land vs sky vehicles, hot vs cold items, bugs vs animals, winter vs summer clothes, healthy vs unhealthy foods, hard vs soft items Section 2: exclusion Practice understanding negation and exclusion, answering yes/no questions as well as semantic and attribute knowledge. Determine which snowballs belong in the pile for the given category. Put the items that don't belong on the red symbol in the upper left corner. You can also work on responding to object function/category questions for the items that don't belong This deck includes a Feed the Polar bear activity that you can use as a reinforcer! menus, home, next and back navigation buttons are included for ease of use on multiple electronic types. autism, winter, snow, snowball, categories, category, semantic, vocabulary, negation, yes/no, association, sort, sorting, classify, classifying, answer questions
