Description

A lot of anxiety is rooted in the unknown. Having a plan for when anxiety arises can help decrease the worry of, "what if x". One way we can do this is by following an anxious statement with, "so I will". For example: "I am worried about my math test, so I will ask my mom to quiz me the night before". We can not always control the outcome of a situation, but we can act proactively to influence the events in our favor!
