Description
St. Patrick's Day True or False statements & identifying verbs activity. Students practice identifying St. Patrick's Day themed verbs while identifying "true or false" statements. Students are presented with a true or false statement at the top of each card along with an image of a leprechaun performing a St. Patrick's Day themed verb. (For Example, students will be presented with the statement "The leprechaun is reading"). Students are challenged to identify if the statement they read is true or false by deciding if the image they are shown represents the verb in the statement at the top of the card. All answer choices are written and have visual aids to help with comprehension. Verbs students will identify throughout this activity: searching, hiding, dancing, jumping, playing, leaping, reading, sleeping, shouting, sitting, singing, waving, sliding, holding, painting, running
