Description: El o la? Students will read and hear the name of an object in Spanish and decide whether it begins with el or la. With this deck students will increase their vocabulary and be able to also learn how to spell and pronounce each word allowing them to become more fluent in Spanish. El is masculine, and masculine nouns typically end in -o. An example is a Spanish word for a cat: el gato. Meanwhile, la is feminine and feminine nouns generally end in -a. An example is a word for a house: la casa. As students replay more and more their skills in Spanish will increase! Enjoy!
