Description: Struggling readers can independently strengthen letter recognition, sound-symbol association, and other critical reading skills with the help of digital practice decks. This deck supplements one of sixteen lessons from LSMS Workbook Level 2. Activities inside this deck: 1) Listen to a sound, then identify the letter combination or word. (Audio included.) 2) Finish the sequence of letters, letter combinations, and short words. (Drag & drop your answer.) Note: Lessons are sequential. In other words, they build upon letters previously introduced in the reading intervention program. For that reason, please assign practice decks in sequential order. For example, assign Letter Sounds Made Simple 2.1 before Letter Sounds Made Simple 2.2. I also highly recommend that you allow students to master all of Level 1 before proceeding to Level 2. If your child or student does not yet read at grade level, the complete Letter Sounds Made Simple Program helps fill sneaky reading gaps.
