This Starting Conversations or Topic Initiation deck may be used to target conversational skills, specifically topic initiation. It includes the following: - Card 1: Title Page - Cards 2-3: Introduction / Ways on how to start a conversation - Cards 4-27: Twelve (12) hypothetical social situations wherein the student determines how Sam can appropriately and politely start a conversation with the people she knows. Should the scenario be too difficult, two (2) choices have been provided on the succeeding page.
