Description: Use this autumn themed digital boom card set to target speech perception of single syllable words differing by vowels (i.e., back, bake, bike, book). This 100 card deck contains student led (self correcting) and teacher led activities to encourage auditory training development for students with cochlear implants and/or hearing aids in auditory verbal therapy. A printable data collection sheet is also included for progress monitoring. In the student led section, students can complete the activities independently by listening to the audio and dragging the corresponding image into the scarecrow's mouth. This section is self-correcting. In the teacher led section, the teacher will say the target word and the student will drag the corresponding image into the scarecrow's mouth. This deck focuses on auditory discrimination of single syllable words differing by vowels (i.e., ball, bell, boil, bowl) in sets of 4.
