Description
Practice using the core word “make!” Practice using “make” in two phrases such as “make dinner, make bed, make soup, etc.” On the first four slides, look at the gif and listen to the corresponding sound. Then describe the scene using the word “make.” On the next six slides, students can give directions to make different things such as soup, a robot, a face, ice cream, etc. Your students can use their AAC device to practice using the word “make.” Simple phrases are modeled on each page, but your student can practice at the level appropriate for them (e.g., using one word or adding more words to the phrase)!
