Description: This is a great tool to use with your beginning readers, and can be used over and over! This deck practices 31-40 of Fry's 1000 sight words list. Students will read the word, trace the word with their finger (this part cannot be assessed using boom cards), and build the word by dragging and dropping the letters. On the next card, students will determine the number of syllables in the word, type the word, find the word among other sight words, and use the word in a predetermined sentence. Each word has 2 cards for practice and 7 quick activities. There are verbal instructions that automatically play when each card is opened. Students may click on the audio button next to the sight word to hear it read aloud as well.
