About me: Hi, I’m Angela! 🌟   I’m an ARI Interventionist, dyslexia therapist in training (CALT), and passionate advocate for literacy. I specialize in creating research-based resources and sharing actionable strategies to empower educators to close the reading gap and support struggling readers.   With over 17 years of experience in education, I’ve worn many hats: kindergarten teacher, first-grade teacher, kindergarten/first-grade looping teacher, and K-2 interventionist. These roles have shaped my approach to literacy instruction, combining hands-on classroom experience with the latest in educational research.   My mission is simple: to help educators build vibrant, literacy-rich classrooms where every child can thrive and grow.
