Description: Choose the sentence or part of a sentence from the left hand side of the card that best goes with the simile on the right hand side. There are 16 similes, with at least two different cards for each simile. 12 cards will play in each round, so each round will be slightly different unless you assign via a Fast Pin, in which case all 34 cards will show up. Illustrated with photos, rather than clipart, this deck is suitable for all ages of English language learners as it does not look childish. With only one picture per card, this deck should be easier than the similar deck in my collection that has 3 pictures per card to match up. The similes included are: proud as a peacock, dead as a dodo, clear as mud, easy as pie, wise as an owl, weak as a kitten, brave as a lion, flat as a pancake, like a fridge, light as a feather, sleep like a log, fast as lightning, hungry as a horse, sharp as a tack, stiff as a board, eager as a beaver.
