Description: Students are provided the scenario of working at a pet store. Students will review a provided scenario, for which is likely to happen in the setting as an employee at a pet store. Students will review the scenario and identify an acceptable response from two response options. These are also great to spark further discussions on responding and why something is acceptable or not acceptable.
