Description: Your want to make sure your students really mastered 3-digit numbers? Do you want to review place value with your 3rd graders? Need a resource for multiplication? Want to challenge your students? This deck ticks all these boxes. Your students will be detective assistants in order to answer 30 questions about 3-digit numbers. They will show their understanding of the place value of the different digits. They will show their knowledge about adding 3 numbers and multiplying two or three single digit numbers. They will find ten 3-digit numbers depicted as dominoes (pizza and donut images as the dots). They will then find 30 clues (three for each number) and they have to find the number that the clue applies to. Some examples of the clues: ➤ The numbers in the hundreds and ones digits are the same. ➤ The product of the hundreds and tens digits is ten more than the sum of all three digits. ➤ The product of the digits is more than 150 but less than 200. ➤ The product of the three digits is the same as 24x4.
