F-12 words V-12 Words S-12 words Z-10 words (initial position) After selecting the target sound on the table of contents page practice making the target sound. Click the speaker to hear the sound and use the mouth image to explain tongue placement to students. On the next card put the quarter in the machine to start it. What color container did you get? On the following page, slide the container over to open it and reveal the target articulation word inside. If students are at word level, simply have them label the picture (as many times as necessary). If they are at phrase or sentence level, ask students to use the sentence starter "I caught_" to tell what they have while practicing the target sound.
