Description: This deck includes a mini-lesson on the value of positive thinking. The next five cards show characters having negative thoughts. Students are presented with three options for replacing the negative thoughts with positive ones and must choose the best two options. The remaining ten cards show characters having negative thoughts. Students are asked to generate their own ideas for replacing the negative thoughts with positive ones. You can take this farther on your own by talking about the consequences of each type of thought for each scenario.
