These 25 task cards cover Counting Back as a subtraction strategy for learning math fact subtraction problems. The first 20 cards are drag and drop where students drag and drop numbers to "count back" to match the math fact equation. They then fill in the blank to type the answer to the equation. The next 5 cards are fill in the blank where students write the answer to the equation. These cards are aligned to the common core 1.OA.C.6 and 2.OA.B.2 standards.
