Aside from Articulation therapy this activity is easily adapted to target language skills: describing (tell me about this picture) comparing and contrasting (how are these the same/different?) identifying and labeling vocabulary (show me the _ /name the picture) using for categories (what category does this belong to?) conversation starters (which one do you like most, etc.) Goal of game: Get all the trash cans in the garbage truck. Each phoneme has 3 slides, each slide has 3 target words, one for each position. There are visual cues included on each slide that demonstrate the appropriate tongue and lip placement for each sound, making it much easier for your students to practice their sound each time.
