Description
This deck of r-controlled vowels er, ir, ur BOOM Cards allows students to practice spelling the r-controlled vowel word on the card. An r-controlled vowel word is shown along with a picture. Students must type the word in pyramid form, adding one letter at a time. This visual spelling strategy helps students build up the word little by little, giving them practice in mastering their words. I created this resource to align with Fundations Level 2 Unit 9, but it can be used with any r-controlled vowel activities.
