This deck is perfect to use while reading The Kissing Hand. Students will help Chester find all of the pictures that begin with the target letter. Each task card has 5 pictures: 3 of the pictures will begin with that letter. Since Boom cards are interactive, students will know immediately whether they got the right answers. This deck would be great to play whole group. Discuss what each picture is and practice saying and identifying what the beginning letter and sound are. This is a great way you can also build oral language.
