Description: This activity is designed to give students scaffolded practice with menos. + adjective + que, más + adjective + que, tan + adjective + que, más que, menos que, and tanto como. The first few cards are multiple choice. For the next 10 cards, students must order the words to form a sentence using comparatives. Students are given pictures to help them decide which noun to place first. The last 5 cards require students to write a comparative sentence supplying a correct form of the verb ser plus making the adjective agree with the noun. Students have pictures to help them with unknown vocabulary.
