Description
With this activity, children will enjoy uncovering a mystery picture as they practice reading words spelled with the long i vowel patterns /ie/, /ight/, /ind/ and /y/. An audio clip on each card directs students to click on a specific word. If they are correct, part of the picture is revealed. What is it? Students will love trying to solve the mystery before the picture is completely uncovered! This set includes practice with 20 long i words. Fun facts about the mystery animal (the hyena) are included.
