Description: This deck has 48 cards which will support your students to consolidate their knowledge of Vertices when looking at 2D shape properties. The first 14 cards are teachable and introduce each shape with the name of the shape and the number of vertice. Cards 15-27 provide clickable choices where students identify the correct number of vertice. Cards 28-40 are fill in the gap where students type the correct number of vertice. The final cards in the deck give a description and have students click on the correct 2D Shape. These slides are Australian Made and aligned to the Australian Curriculum for second grade. This deck is also aligned to Common Core Standards. These cards are aligned to the Common Core 2.G.A.1. Shapes included: arrow, circle, crescent, decagon, heart, heptagon, hexagon, nonagon, octagon, oval, parallelogram, pentagon, rectangle, rhombus, semicircle, square, star, trapezoid, triangle.
