Description: These guided reading Boom Cards are a great way to help your students practice reading with guided support. Each deck focuses on one specific phonics skill and incorporates common sight words. In this deck, your students will practice reading short o words and sight words in isolation. If they are unsure of a word, they can tap the black circle beneath the word to hear it. They will also have an opportunity to practice building and reading the short vowel words again before seeing them in the story. Finally, they will read the story. They will read one sentence per page and can tap the black circle to hear the word at any time. On the last page, they will independently read the story 3 times for fluency.
