Students can fill in the correct silent e word in the sentence, as well as write the words, sound them out (speech to print), create a silly sentence using all 4 words and phoneme manipulation-changing beginning and ending sound. All words on this list were chosen to easily transition from CVC to CVCe. The fill-in sentences require the student to understand the meaning of the word.
