Knowing how things ( words, items, etc ) can be grouped is essential to building vocabulary and daily living. Over years of observation, I observed a trend. We often overlook the limited vocabulary that can come with categorization difficulties. While we focus on teaching how to find the commonalities between items, we can overlook the need to address the labels of a lot of the times in the group.
