Description: Student can work on identifying the level of the problem AND generating solutions to problems. All scenarios have to do with winter. This activity is great for students who no longer need choices to decide solutions to problems. Open ended responses for students to generate two solutions to each situation. Students can then discuss which is the best solution to solve the problem from the two choices.
