Description: A speech therapy game designed to target social language and problem solving while having lots of fun in a video game style! Card 1 gives instructions, and card 2 is a menu. The menu links to separate rounds of a food fight battle game, each one featuring a different pair of food mascots. Both characters have a health bar above their heads with 5 hit points. Underneath words with the target sounds are images of Thanksgiving food that damage opponents, plate shields that block one hit, and a potion that heals one hit point. Each item can be dragged around to off-screen, or to the side for review. Each deck contains different language prompts to support speech therapy goals. This deck has a focus on pragmatic problem solving by presenting the student with a social situation and open response fill in the blank questions asking what the emotional response would be, what the student might think, and how the student might act. This deck contains three unique game boards, which each have 21 different questions, giving a total of 63 prompts. The trophy button on each page links to the winner page, which shows an animation and alternate image of the winning mascot. The food items are Thanksgiving themed, but this deck can be played all-year round. Multiple completely unique game boards and completely shuffled and randomized items make this deck have tons of replay value and fun all year round.
