Description: Perfect activity for the whole class to celebrate 100 days of learning at your classroom party - or use for a 100 review icebreaker game! This is a whole-group voting activity, using fun “either/or” images, such as “100 Lamas or 100 Monkeys? 100 Picnics or 100 Board Games?” This activity was designed to be conducted by the teacher/adult, while sharing their screen with the class. [While it can also be played by individual students, there are no wrong or right answers - so leave this one off of your progress reporting.] HOW TO PLAY: STEP1: Discuss the rules of voting. (Can only choose one, be a good sport if your choice doesn’t win, respect others’ opinions, etc.). STEP 2: Play CLASS VOTE 100th Day Edition. 1. Share your screen with the class (Smartboard, Apple TV, document camera, etc.). Click the green “Next” button to advance past the title card and start the vote. 2. Read choices to students and click the yellow VOTE! Button. 3. By show of hands, or thumbs-up, etc. – count the votes to pick a winner and drag that item to the center of the apple and then click the blue “Submit” button to advance to the next vote. IN CASE OF A TIE - - - - - just put both items in the apple. (Accommodation for students with special needs, print the “Apple” cards ahead of time, staple them in booklet form, and let them point to their choices.).
