Description: Students will practice categorizing 40 nouns-person, place, thing, and animal. Each card is theme-oriented to help with categories as well, (example-farm, school, beach, etc...). I have included voice recordings reading the labels in case the kids forget. I have also included voice recordings for each row of nouns to enrich vocabulary. This activity is great for an introduction to nouns for the first time. It is also a great remediation for the older child struggling with the concept of nouns and categories.
