Description
This game can be used with speech and language students to practice the /r/ sound in all positions of words and /r/ blends. This articulation activity works well for mixed speech/language groups because language students can practice language and listening skills as they listen to the clues, solve the riddles, seek and find the pictures in the I Spy scene. Articulation students will practice their speech production skills by saying their targeted speech sounds at their ability level. I have also included a game where students can create their own riddles by describing speech words for each other. This is a fun way to practice descriptive language skills. Finally, there is a bonus "seek and find in the dark" activity at the end for a fun challenge. These articulation riddles can be used with speech and language students during teletherapy sessions, face to face sessions, or for additional home practice.
