Description: In this deck, students learn about interpreting open/closed body language. After receiving instructions and examples, the students discriminate between open and closed body language. Then, there is a lesson of when to approach peers based on their body language and facial expressions. Students will identify the emotions in each picture and determine whether they are using open or closed body language. Please note that my decks are positive in regard to neurodiversity. My decks arm students with knowledge about social interaction, but there is no emphasis on masking behavior to be “neurotypical”.
