Description: Develop so many language skills in one fun game. Students hear the dinosaur say a sentence that goes with the picture that he is thinking about on the slide. This works phonics, phonemic awareness, and language skills. Students must then segment the beginning sounds of the word the dinosaur is thinking about. Once students know the sound, they must find the correct letter that matches the beginning sound so they are working on phonemic awareness and phonics. The 10 cards per play keeps the practice short.
