How Do You Know: Social Inference Scenes

Students analyze social scenes to make an inference about what is happening, and also reflect on how they know what is happening. Students must think about body language, gestures, facial expressions, context, and other nonverbal cues in order to understand what is happening in these scenes. Each scene can be presented as an open-ended question, a multiple choice question, or both.
