This is a supplemental resource that compliments 3rd Grade Go Math Chapter 12 Lesson 3 Identify Polygons. The first 7 cards are vocabulary focused and go over the definitions of polygons (triangle, quadrilateral, pentagon, hexagon, octagon, decagon). Card 8 is a direction card. Cards 9-20 students describe the shape they see by typing how many sides, how many angles, and the name. Please note: all 4 sided shapes will be called quadrilaterals (not square, rectangle, etc.). A word bank is included so students know how to spell each.
