Description: President's & Coins In this activity, students are presented with very basic information about US coins (Penny, Nickel, Dime, Quarter) and which president is featured on each coin. Next, they have opportunities to tell how much items cost by selecting a response from a field of 4. Lastly, they practice moving coins to "purchase" the item. Visual cues are provided. To increase communication, this activity lends itself to talking about whether students "like" or "don't like" items, would they buy it yes/no,, and so much more!
