The Magic Hat DYNAMICS version is an excellent Boom deck that helps identify various dynamics in music. It uses Italian terms such as piano (p), mezzo piano (mp), mezzo forte (mf), forte (f), crescendo (<), and decrescendo (>), with most slides displaying the symbols for these terms. The first three slides provide clues to students about the Italian terminology, while subsequent slides are randomized. The English translations (soft, loud, gradually getting louder, etc.) are also used to aid in understanding.
